Adding some color and depth to this 1794 illustration, Tabulae Nevrologicae ad Illustrandam Historiam Anatomicam Cardiocorum Nervorum by Antonio Scarpa. If all goes according to plan, this beautiful heart will become the star of a framed 3D art piece utilizing an antique shadow box I snagged at an estate sale recently. Wish me luck. Conceptualizing ideas in my head is always way faster and easier than having to translate them into something tangible in the physical world.
